CALL CENTER TRAINING for FREE!!! (Cebu)

Responsibilities:

JOIN EXCELASIA’S FREE CALL CENTER TRAINING PROGRAM NOW!!!

You may walk-in for an interview with your resume Monday through Friday between 9am and 9pm. Saturdays 1pm to 5pm.

Interviews can ONLY be conducted face to face and applicants are required to bring two copies of their resumes. You may apply with friends or relatives who would like to join the training.

Should you qualify for the FREE training - you will be required to attend classes everyday (Mon- Fri classes).

Trainees are entitled to 100 HOURS of Call Center Training Program! 12 days training, Monday through Friday, 8 hrs a day!

Schedules Available:

8am to 5pm
12noon to 8pm
9pm to 6am (Graveyard Shift)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

REQUIREMENTS:

Key Result Area & Accountabilities

• Recommendatory authority on employee engagement communication and marketing strategies
• Recommendatory authority on budget allocation and resource requirements
