Employee Engagement Officer (CEBU)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing employee engagement activities, projects and campaigns for the enterprise
Key Result Area & Accountabilities
Project Implementation
• Supervise the implementation and evaluation of all annual, quarterly and ad hoc employee engagement activities
• Function as preliminary approver of project implementation, communication plan and marketing strategies for employee engagement activities.
• Supervise Employee Engagement staff in prioritizing and organizing workflow to achieve on-time and on-target delivery of projects
New Hire Program Implementation
• Work closely with Employee Engagement Manager in the monitoring and management of New Hire Orientation training, content, methodologies and delivery
• Coordinate with various units on updates and procedures regarding the New Hire Orientation
• Ensure new hire employees’ compliance to set policies and procedures during the New Hire Orientation
• Conduct New Hire Orientation Training
Customer Relationship Management
• Manage, establish and develop professional relationships with internal customers (Vertical/Account POCS, colleagues from other company units), industry contacts, suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective support for campaigns, projects and activities
• Represent the unit/company in company/industry-wide events through attendance in meetings, conferences and other activities (ex. CCAP Tournaments)
Team Management
• Lead, supervise and coach Employee Engagement staff to ensure achievement of engagement and communication objectives
• Report achievement of assigned team and direct reports’ performance objectives and key performance indicators
• Assist Employee Engagement Manager in implementing document control procedures to ensure accuracy and applicability of the team’s policies, processes and procedures.
Authority/ies
• Recommendatory authority in hiring, firing and disciplining direct reports
• Recommendatory authority on employee engagement communication and marketing strategies
• Recommendatory authority on budget allocation and resource requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
