Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide consultation to account management on reporting needs, trend analysis and report improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate the implementation of reporting processes (i.e., development of data collection tools and the establishment of data collection and distribution process).

- Produce ad hoc reports, trending data, and respond to client inquiries.

- Develop new reports/graphs, production schedules, and additions/deletions from existing reports.

- Communicate with project managers to understand client report needs.

- Produce and verify daily electronic reports 365 days a year using advanced Microsoft Excel tools.

- Distribute reports to internal and external clients via e-mail and electronic feeds

- Set-up reports on a monthly basis.

- Maintain existing reports as well as monthly and year-to-date summaries.

- Develop trending reports on a request basis,

- Store and manage project specific data.

- Database management.

- Development/implementation of streamlining solutions to improve reporting processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field.

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Management or Others.

- Full-Time positions available.

* Provides phone-based technical support to the user community. Performs real-time diagnostics and problem resolution in concert with the client. Provides 2nd tier support to team members. Technical areas supported will include but not be limited to mainframe;mid-range;client server;desktop applications and connectivity;remote access and mobile computing and all related aspects of the technical infrastructure. * PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide phone-based resolution of routine technology problems using standard
* troubleshooting methodology.
