Responsibilities

Qualifications:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): facilitation, training needs analysis, module development.
* Preferred skill(s): Call center.
* Required language(s): English, Spanish
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
* With special training, software and licensure skills ;
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills ;
* Computer literate ;
* Demonstrable written and oral English communication skills ;
* Strong and dynamic presentation skills with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly ;
* Preferably with some exposure to module development and program implementation ;
* Ability and willingness to work on shifting schedules and in multiple sites ;
* High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications : MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Outlook ;
* Immediately available and willingness to work on a full-time basis in Cebu site.
