Responsibilities:

* Your daily duties will change from time to time, but will be focused around the following tasks:
* Working closely with the CEO of our company
* Business and Personal Errands
* Tracking and Recording Individual and Team progress
* Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries
* Managing the CEO’s Calendar
* Making Travel Arrangements
* Screening and replying to emails
* Looking after visitors, taking Minutes of Meetings
* Taking care of Project Work, such as Research or Writing Reports
* Other related tasks

Requirements:

* Ideally you will be in your Mid-20’s, Female, and have the following professional traits:

* Graduate of Mass Comm’s or Business Admin from a reputable school
* Minimum of ONE YEAR experience in a similar Role
* Pleasing Personality, Reliable and Mature
* Career-Minded (room for growth within company)
* Exceptional Organization and Planning Skills
* Excellent Written and Oral English Communication Skills
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

* Possesses a High tolerance for Pressure and Deadlines
* Schedule Flexibility – Days & Nights (No Weekend work!)
