Customer Service Representative
(Central Visayas - Cebu City)

Responsibilities:

* Responsibilities include processing of orders from sales associates and customers, sending order acknowledgements, responding to order status inquiries, identifying customer problems and obtaining relevant information to resolve issues in compliance to order management processes.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong problem solving skills and can work in a fast-paced working environment.
* Data entry or Accounting background is an advantage.
* Experience in using online tools is preferred.
* We are NOT a call center but successful candidates should be willing to work Monday to Friday between 9pm - 6am.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
* 4 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
