Front Desk Assistant in Cebu
(Central Visayas - CEBU CITY)
Coordinates with customs, couriers on parcel and delivery concerns. Communicates and gives feedback to managers and internal customers.
Takes care of daily minor Front desk concerns. Escalates and other issues.
Receives incoming telephone calls and transfers these calls to extension / local numbers.
Takes down official messages for managers and staff in their absence. Facilitates outgoing telephone calls. Assists in inter facility and international connections as needed.
Receives visitors and attends to their inquiries. Refers them to the right personnel.
Sorts, distributes and keeps track of incoming and outgoing mails, parcels, packages to areas and staff within the organization; contacts the preferred courier / supplier for pick-up of any outgoing parcels/ packages
Assists in entertaining and facilitating to the needs of clients/guests (food purchase, taxi/rental transportation coordination, etc). Makes the welcome note in PC terminal during client visits
Releases office supplies in the absence of the Admin Assistant
University or Associate degree preferably Masscom, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Psychology
At least two (2) years related experience in Front Desk task preferred.
Experience with call center or customer service related industry preferred.
Excellent in working with people on different levels
Must have good verbal and written communication skills and strong command over English.
Organized and systematic
