Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree or a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any course or at least an incoming 3rd year college with NO BACK SUBJECTS.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Average to Excellent Communication Skills.
* With or without call center experience.
* Must be Computer Literate, with knowledge in MS Office applications
* For TSR: with knowledge in basic hardware/software and general home electronics troubleshooting
* Must have high motivation to work with customers.
* Candidates should be willing to work on graveyard shifts including shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
* FULL-TIME positions only.
