* Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem solving skills when making decisions.
* Ability to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal while using appropriate resources.
* Ability to coach, develops action plans, which maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
* Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies
* Excellent customer service / support skills, ability to work well under pressure, professional demeanor and strong written and oral communication skills.
* Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

REQUIREMENTS:

* By preference, talent should be from Cebu or its nearby provinces (Bacolod or Iloilo) and is willing to relocate with or without relocation assistance from us.
* Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or Completed at least 2 years of one college course
* Fluent in English and communicates clearly
* Proficient in basic computer operations
* Proficient with various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
* Has working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (phone, email, web)
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Should have at least 1 year solid Team Lead experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Passport will be required for certain accounts.
