Customer Service Representative with Call Ctr Experience Needed! (CEBU)

Responsibilities:
* Candidate must have at least 6 months call center experience. (sales, customer service, retentions, Or credit and collection background)
* Must be willing to work during holidays, weekends and shifting schedules.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): Excellent English Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Computer Literate.
* Preferred skill(s): Problem Solving Skills, Multi tasking Skills.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
