* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic and Communications Engineering, or other degree in Math and Sciences
* Certification Required: Microsoft Certified Professional
* With group ESL training experience, an advantage

* Minimum of 1 year working experience in I.T., specifically in providing support to end users for hardware, software & network issues
