Requirements:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of experience with various analytic software tools including SQL and Excel
* 3-5 years of experience having strong analytical background (operations and financial)
* Proven experience in analyzing both operations and financial data.
* Previous call center or outsourcing experience
* Strong background in reporting (operations and financial)
* Database administration skills using Access and Oracle databases
