Responsibilities:
* Manages day to day operations of the account
* Manage expectations set by the client
* Will be responsible for the performance of the account
* Provides support and coaching when needed
Requirements:
* At least 10 years working experience in the BPO industry handling Customer Service operations
* With Process Improvement experience
* Has hands-on experience on the account’s P&L
* Ability to make independent and wise decision
* Lead and manage a large team
* Good communication skills is a must
* Willing to work on a shifting schedule
