* Prepares Materials for class (modules, assessment tools, certification forms and facilitator guide)
* Deliver Language Pre-employment training and any type of Language training intervention for the different BU’s and their clients
* Supervise agents while in their training period.
* Develop non-classroom communication and training materials
* Assess participant and class performance
* Participate in minor client interaction (include effective curriculum feedback and client visits)
* Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.
* Create Trainee Scorecards
* Some travel may be required between call centers and / or client site visits

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* One year of experience as ESL teacher
* Demonstrated ability in classroom leadership, classroom management, classroom organization.
* Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Applicants must be willing to work in CEBU.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
