CEBU - Reports Specialist
(Central Visayas - Cebu)

Coordinate center and enterprise level communications, assess overall communication processes, determine and recommend areas of improvement to the communication process, and coordinate center level recognition programs
Analyze operational statistics
Maintain database records and perform routine audits of data validating site, client, and project relationships
Responsible for analysis of end-user feedback to make recommendations on proposed process feasibility and implementation
Project level management of all methods, procedures, and communications on all process, product, and procedural changes
REQUIREMENTS:

College graduate, preferably with a dergree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Economics or equivalent
Proficiency with all applications within the MS Office Suite
Strong analytical and technical background
Experience in analyzing both operations and financial data
Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
Previous call center or outsourcing experience
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to speak before an audience with ease
Can relate with employees at all levels of the organization
Applicants must be willing to work in Dumaguete City
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Required language(s): English.
